Assess
The third step is our proprietary sales assessment. Our sales assessment tool matches your role to the characteristics that matter most—both those that are inborn and those that are learned.
Interview
Once candidates complete the assessment, an experienced sales trainer and coach interviews the finalists. The interview process helps us narrow the list to a subset of highly-ranked candidates.
Evaluate
Finally, after we’ve identified the top candidates, we pass them on to your internal evaluation and hiring processes—and we’ll be there to consult with you at every step.
